The case doesn’t allow the laptop to fit

The case doesn’t allow the laptop to fit. The straps across the corners at the top don’t stretch enough to allow the bottom corners of the laptop to fit in the spaces to secure the computer. I’ve asked how to return for a refund 5 days ago and haven’t heard back.
