Wrong protective cover sent, camera opening incorrect

I ordered from Fintie because I thought ordering the Galaxy Tab A cover from the company would ensure the correct one. You sent me a cover which had the camera opening in the top left, not in the middle, and does not fit the Galaxy Tab A. It is possible that that cover was mislabeled but it is not what I ordered and It is your mistake. It cost me $9.45 to return the cover, sent back to you in the same package that was sent to me. It does not say anywhere that you don't send a label for the return. If this is your policy I will order from Walmart and Amazon in the future

My thanks to the customer service rep who worked to get a satisfactory replacement for my first choice which, it turns out, had the camera hole in the wrong place for my particular model of Galaxy. She offered the last she had, a pink color, which was not my favorite. But then she searched and found a black cover. I am pleased with her efforts and care, and am satisfied with the black cover.
